Need some advice on buying a Christmas present for my oldest son..

My oldest son loves trying different foods....For Christmas I've started assembling him a sort of Foods of the World package...I have some Vegemite from Australia, Marmite from the UK and some assorted pickled fish items from Denmark and some caviar from Russia, but what other countries have items I could order easily on Amazon?
