As an avid diver myself (very frequent visitor to the Great Barrier Reef), I just want to let you know that I do not recommend the vintage Voit mask for modern diving.

A while back I spent a day out on the reef with a few friends testing out a whole bunch of vintage dive equipment, an oval Voit mask being one of them. While it was a very enjoyable day, my main take-away from it was that I am extremely glad that dive gear has advanced a lot further than what it was back when the Voit was favoured. The negatives...equalising is a lot more difficult than with modern masks, it's quite uncomfortable and surprisingly, vision really isn't the greatest in any direction but straight ahead. I know I know, there's the Bond connection, but these days I would say it's only use is sitting in a Bond collection, not actually being worn underwater.

:# oh wow, really? I use a cressi pinocchio scuba mask for diving. I'll use the Voit mask only for snorkeling in shallow water...
