Help with Bond's Family Crest

Hello everyone! I'm working on a project and could use a little help. I need to make a 2" by 2" vinyl stencil of Bond's family crest. My photoshop skills arent the greatest and i lose considerable resolution when i shrink my image, which results in the vinyl losing key details. Can anyone help with a hires outline image? i've been trying to use a modified version of the OHMSS case back.
