I have Westeds, two in fact as a I beat the old one to death on an expedition in Tanzania. Highly recommend them.
I like the Magnoli one - the leather was quite soft. However there was an inaccuracy with the sizing of the front pockets (compared to the screen version) which doesn't appear was ever corrected.

I own a Layer Cake jacket from Wested and several items from Magnoli between the two I’d recommend Magnoli but just a word of warning they’ve both got inaccuracies especially the Wested that made me seek out another replica maker.
Not to get too off topic but if anyone has pictures of Magnoli and Wested replicas of this jacket id love to see them, there’s not many of recent ones around.

Wested's version of this jacket was a complete miss. The texture and color were both quite off and in hand it felt like something you'd find in a store that specialized in knock-offs.

Agreed in that I'd love to see Daniel do one as well... my motivation there is because not only do I absolutely love the pieces he has done thus far as I own a handful (Solden, Altausee, Linen blazer, Enjoying Death shirt) - but I have a lot of respect for his enthusiasm and commitment to doing projects for collectors like us.... I'd rather hold out and see if he does pull the trigger on this as opposed to picking up the Wested - knowing that Wested does excellent clothing as well - but I just prefer to support Daniel as a person / business owner too.
yes leather jackets are difficult to produce in a large run, a lot of people on this forum have tried and failed to get runs going of the different Craig era leather jackets.
The casino royale jacket also had such a specific cut and fit since it’s cropped and has tapered sleeves that it’s extra difficult to make in standard sizes. Between Magnoli and BigEffectProps you have two solid options at good price points so unless Daniel feels like doing this jacket personally I don’t see any need to push him to do it since it’s a project with so many factors working against him.

I might be in, too. All the Royale stuff I own has been screen accurate and well made. Leather jackets are difficult to make though, right?
